The smoothie is the busy fit woman’s best friend. It’s the quickest way to cram in all your nutrients when you don’t have time to chew, let alone prep a complete meal. This green-hued smoothie recipe, developed by our favorite dietitian duo, blends a list of powerhouse ingredients, like detoxifying spinach and apple, manganese-packed pineapple and vitamin-rich kale.
